Decision Patterns
Recurring behaviours and the underlying beliefs that drive automatic decisions.
ADVISORY
A bespoke scope for high-value decisions.
The decision area, goals, and existing structure are assessed together. Through The Patterned Investor® methodology, the decision criteria and the strategic architecture are established; the required specialists are aligned with the client's existing team within a shared working framework.
This review is conducted on the basis of The Patterned Investor® methodology and is used to establish the decision criteria, the priorities, and the conditions the resulting structure must carry.
Recurring behaviours and the underlying beliefs that drive automatic decisions.
How information is assessed under uncertainty and pressure.
How the relationship with money, ownership, loss and risk is reflected in decisions.
The influence of family, professional relationships, geography and present circumstances on decisions.
The natural way of acting in relation to structure, independence, interaction and responsibility.
Attention, energy, pace, timing and capacity for execution.
The requested area, scope, and alignment of objectives are assessed to review the fit of the engagement.
A proposal document is shared, and the form of advisory is agreed. Scope, duration, and the boundaries of each role are defined.
Contract, KYC, confidentiality, and conflict-of-interest checks are completed.
Following the definition of the pattern and its reporting, the direction is established, and the strategic structure is designed.
The review, advice, negotiation, and closing roles of licensed specialists are brought together under shared governance.
The outcome is reviewed, and the next decision threshold is defined.
Five strategic areas. One bespoke architecture.
The Patterned Investor® methodology is applied to the decision or structural area the client wishes to address. Depending on the need, the engagement is conducted within one of the five strategic areas below or, where required, across related areas; these areas are not addressed together automatically within a single advisory scope. Each engagement is shaped by the decision architecture and structural requirement specific to the matter defined.
Cross-border structuring of life, company, brand, and capital.
Governance between private banking, wealth specialists, and the client.
Integrated design of liquidity, collateral, and financing decisions.
The strategic role of real estate within life and capital architecture.
The place of art and cultural assets in acquisition, stewardship, and wealth structure.

When life, company, and capital need to be positioned across different countries, those decisions call to be assessed against shared priorities and specialist opinion.
Defining resources, risk, and the order of decisions across company growth objectives, personal assets, and life priorities.
Consolidating the opinions of legal, tax, banking, or wealth specialists under shared decision criteria and clear responsibilities.
Assessing investment options within a shared decision framework, together with liquidity requirements, time horizon, risk criteria, and life and business priorities.
The decision to be addressed, the objectives, timing, existing resources, and constraints are defined together. The depth of the review is determined by the nature of that decision.
The client's team and advisers are included in the assessment. Any additional expertise, the boundaries of each role, and the scope of work are defined in a bespoke proposal.
An independent, single-instance transaction advisory conducted for a defined investment, asset, or financing requirement. It proceeds separately from Private Strategic Advisory and The Patterned Investor® methodology; it includes no diagnostic or decision architecture work. Following a review of suitability, jurisdiction and conflicts of interest, each matter is conducted solely for the transaction objective defined, under a separate scope, representation relationship, execution structure and contract. Technical and operational execution is carried out by licensed specialists in the relevant field; the role of the advisory is to select the right specialists, structure the process, and preserve the integrity of the decision through expert governance.
Financing acquisition and asset formation against specific niche product groups.
Structuring local and global transactions within a defined real estate investment framework.
Art acquisition, disposal, and non-collection asset-based processes conducted with licensed specialists.
